To defend the kidney

I was afflicted by acute nephritis before entering the elementary school as shown on this site, and I have been afflicted by the pain in the kidney of an uncertain cause raising the time head afterwards.
When I was a university student, gout was parted with, and moreover, it develops, and the medicine cannot be parted with now.
However, remembering the pain in the kidney severely afflicted became rare, and the frequency of attacks of gout decreased considerably after changing into the meal to consider macrobiotics, and taking a certain one in addition.
I want to introduce some the methods of defending the kidney where it has practiced up to now and the effect went up though I am still studying.

Drink A large amount of water and taking a lot of salinities(valanced with water).
If there is a person with a bad kidney condition, everyone thinks the intake of moisture to increase.
I also drink the water as 2 to 3 times the amount as the normal person drinks.
It is otherwise because the body doesn't keep a good condition.
And, that here is a point, I also take salinity more than the normal person.
The kidney disease patient is recommended the intake of a large amount of moisture and the limitation of salinity to be recommended in many cases.
After infancy acute nephritis, I have been guided by the doctor like that, though how it is guided in the latest medical is not understood because there is no consultation to a physician to the doctor by the kidney for these several years.
However, I felt and experienced that I knew salinity more than it thought was able to be taken through studing macrobiotics, I tried by myself, and the condition was better.
And, I recently noticed that if salinity was not taken, the large amount of moisture intake is not meant.
Otherwise, the kidney function cannot be secured.
Why so?
When blood passes the capillary in the glomerulus, the waste matter of the kidney is removed in shape to filter the waste matter.
The waste matter is filtered by the same principle as the infiltration film.
At this time, good function of this infiltration film is not secured if there is no prescribed salinity concentration.
This metabolic function comes not to work well when the salinity concentration is low though this adjustment of the density of salinity is done by the kidney.
To try to raise a low salinity concentration, the salinity concentration in urine is suppressed.
As a result, because the infiltration film functions in the density of proper salinity, the extraction of the waste matter is suppressed in a low salinity concentration.
I feel it like that experiencing though I do not understand how this mechanism becomes it.
It is a clear difference between taking a lot of salinity and not taking a enough salinity, to the physical condition.
It was easier to take a lot of salinities.

However, I stick to the quality of the salt.
I used natural sea salt and coditioning salt that alternately used by the sense.
Because the natural sea salt is assumed to be a basis in macrobiotics, and, it is thought whether the real intention to which the limitation of salinity is said was around here.
In macrobiotics, it is assumed to be a basis to use the natural sea salt.
The element composition of seawater and blood is considerably corresponding to be the same.
An idea of macrobiotics is concluded from this fact, and it is thought to be reasonable the intake of the natural sea salt for the body, which is made by evaporation of seawater.
However, "bittern" made for element of the seawater inside (magnesium chloride) to age the body, and to be refrained using coditioning salt that removes the element "bittern" etc. from finding the opinion that points out the possibility of influencing the kidney harmfully to some degree together with the natural sea salt, too.

As for meat that is the taboo food, for man, it is not digested well, and it is my impression whether to have caused various adverse effects.
It is natural in the world of the macrobiotics that eating meat causes cancer, and recognition has spread also in Europe and America.
And, whether it is possible to excrete even by the kidney well is my opinion based on the experience, meat, which is the waste matter, and the poisonous substance that is the alien for the human body.
The person to whom the kidney function is weak thinks that refraining from the intake of the detriment to lower the load of the kidney is a reasonable idea.
I learnt the detriment meat certain experiencing.



Ingredient that makes kidney strong...Red bean or an adzuki bean
Among natural medicineor folk customs, and legend, or macrobiotics field, it is said that red bean is good for kidney.
Though I also learnt this from the strange happening, I hadn't intake the red bean in the dish.
Boil for a long time is a problem.
But someday, I knew there was a way of red bean brown rice.
The red bean is put in the brown rice and cooks it together.
It is very easy way for me, eating the brown rice every day.
I immediate practiced.
The medicine of gout was stopped when it began to do and it did for a while, some days after.
It was able to be spent it was till then by one week as it was not indescribably within one month at latest though attacked by strong attacks of gout, and the medicine did not exist more than half a year either because it was early.
For me who had suffered from gout, it was dreamlike.
The uric acid level seemed to have changed at a low level as the kidney function was strengthened by the effect of the red bean, and the medicine did not exist.
Recipe is only easily cooked after it lays it down for two hours or more by putting a small amount of red bean (for me, by about 20 grains only) in the brown rice of about 570cc, washing together, and using the reservation function as it is with the rice cooker for the brown rice.
If only it is this and the kidney can be strengthened, it is the easy one.
After it had known the effect, I became to make the red bean pumpkin and various dish of red beans.
The intake of the red bean is recommended for the person to whom the kidney is weak.
